I contacted Tim Tewalt with some questions about starting a website for my business.  I called Tim because I knew he was honest fair, realistic and creative. I knew he would listen to my needs and come up with a solution that fit, rather than telling me what he thought I needed. Sure enough, the first hour or so of our meeting, he listened. Then he made some suggestions that made a lot of sense. By the end of the afternoon, I had a custom website, perfect for my needs!
His fee is extremely reasonable and I think it is because for Tim, it's not all about the money. He has a passion for technology and its potential benefits. He is truly focused on getting people connected to the applications that will serve their needs best. The ongoing support is incredible. The base fee included more than enough support time to get me comfortable with writing articles & news updates, uploading images, even linking to a shopping cart or other relevant sites my customers would be interested in.
A couple years down the road, buying just a few hours of consulting time is well worth the cost. In response to questions, he shoots back an email or online tutorial quickly and always follows up to ensure his answer was understood.
Tim creates a safe environment where there are no dumb questions, has the teaching skills to meet each client where they are at, and doesn't leave anything undone. I have recommended Tim's company to several friends and have been thanked many times over for doing so!

Tim outlined, designed, and continues to manage our school’s web site.  He has done a phenomenal job on all counts. When designing our site he asked for input and insight on what we wanted throughout the process so that the site remained within our vision and desired outcome. Yet throughout the process he provided great suggestions and recommendations to further enhance that vision only making it better functionally, practically, and creatively while maintaining the uniqueness of our imprint. He took the overwhelmness of creating a site and made it very simple and concise.
In terms of maintaining the site he has done equally as well. He is timely with updates and quick to respond to our emails. The site has been very manageable and efficient in maintaining. It is one less thing we have worry about because Tim does such a great job of keeping it current. Tim has been easy to work with which makes this process easy.
