Here you'll find tutorials for the general public and a private section for my customers. To access the customer tutorials, you'll need your login that was provided to you. If you forget it, just let me know and I'll send a new one out. If you forgot your password, the system will let you reset it using an email process; simply click on 'Lost Password?' in the 'Customer Login' panel.

Keeping your computer safe on the Internet requires tools. Here are some programs that I've found very helpful and they're free! Don't let their price fool you. If you don't have protection, you'll need at lest the following.
AVG Anti-Virus - protects again viruses etc...
SpyBot - protects against spyware
SpyBlaster - the second tool needed against spyware

Working with graphics |

Graphics or pictures need to be adjusted for use on the web. A digital camera takes very detailed pictures that, if loaded on a website, will result in very sluggish response for your customer.
The most common needs are to crop or resize a photo or artwork. In addtion, one may add borders, shadows and other effects. A great program for this purpose is SnagIt. SnagIt lets you capture images from your screen and edit, resize, and enhance.
