My customers are given private access to tutorials that show, in full motion video, how to update their site.  I provide quick answers by e-mail and if needed ,can take over all updating of the web pages.  A fee that makes sense for the amount of work is determined for ongoing updates. 

Some customers really enjoy having someone who can interpret what it is they meant to say and make those little changes to the website as needed.  Others provide an exact text of what they want on the web page.  Either way, you'll find my support and help excellent.
